It provides an excellent overall balance between wetting and viscosity needed to successfully keep water settings at a minimum. The low dosage helps prevent ink water logging and feedback. Helps keep consistent water/ink emulsion. Creates some viscosity while flattening out and spreading the water/fount droplet on the plate.
